Beauty.. Inside and Out.....

I have a busy day tomorrow... so I decided I better get on the stick and prepare a post tonight.

Tomorrow is the other Dr's appointment I was talking about for Mamma .... you know the one that will take about 3 hours!!!
I really don't like waiting rooms..I really don't like waiting period since my schedule is so off kilter.. I don't know where to Begin...

You know that feeling of disequilibrium. ( That is a word isn't it?)...

Since the kid is gone... I have not really had time to get back into the swing of things.. and my previously scheduled ... schedule... is not intact...But hey ...in a way that's good.. I have literally had to get a move on.. and motivate to get things done..( Keeps my mind off them being gone.)

On a non kid.. non parent related topic....

As I write this... I have "True Beauty" on in the background... don't ask me why .... but for some reason I just love that show... What a great concept... tricking incredibly beautiful people into thinking they are being judged for their outward beauty.. when in reality they are being judged for how beautiful they are inside.... GENIUS !!...

It's a perfect analogy of what I always say... often the more beautiful things seem on the outside.. masks real ugliness on the inside..

Love Love that show... the only criticism I have is that it is a little TOO "Real World "for me.. but hey... young beautiful people makes for very MTV type viewing.

In my search for photos that fit my posts... I often come across some really funny photos.. some really sad photos and some really beautiful photos.

Women back in the day really knew how to work THEIR beauty....Here are some examples.

Now that is what I call..... classy and put together... In those days... when a woman ( or man for that matter ) went out... they dressed for it.. You looked your best...

A sad cry from how myself and others venture out... Ultimately for me... the definition of beauty is ... Beauty on the outside... Beauty on the inside... and a HUGE sense of humor.

I need a pair of those glasses. I could go with the whole safari print look over here. The sun was shining today so the shades would have come in handy. Hope you don't have to wait to long in the waiting room.

Perhaps our next "Girls" thing can be matching sets of eyewear like those... you know to go with our bracelets...

Haha, I love "True Beauty" too.. just about the time that I think all hope for humanity is lost, one of them really surprises me :)

And, funny you mention your search for pictures.. I was seeing them all and wondering where on earth (or how, I suppose) you are finding all the great photos! You do a great job at it!

As for your def. of True Beauty... I love the addition of a huge sense of humor, made me laugh.

And last, I so miss the days when Mama would spend an hour getting ready to go to the grocery store. :) Great post.
