Dey Talka for da Menopausa......

Just had a wonderful visit with my cousin and her husband.



They look great... actually seeing them is always great... There is quite an age difference between us but it's funny so many of the things we have in common, simply by virtue of being cousins. I know it made Mamma's Day seeing them too. Just another reason I feel so blessed.


Good Friends, Good Family... Good Food.. ( Well of course food would have to slip in there somehow.... ) Nothing like sitting around the table with those you love, talking about everything and nothing..

In other news....
I am still not " Down " with my routine...

I can't really say why, It's just a sense of not being back in the swing of things.. maybe it's just because I'm old.. who knows...Hmmmmm
