Families that Play together... Stay together?

For those of you actually following along...

M... Got here safe and sound!.. and within minutes of getting her things in the door, we started to badger her for pictures... You see she and M2 stood up in her sister's wedding in October, and we had only seen what her sister and brother in law looked like on that day, from a thank you card we received...

We had heard rumors of M2 in a tux, a Mariachi Band, and Sombreros.. but had seen no actual photo evidence of any of this...we were chomping at the bit.

She presented us with two photo albums.. one with general pictures of the lay of the land...Sports arena, beaches, waterfalls, office buildings and their own apartment's surrounding inside and out. The other album contained " The Wedding"

We finally got to see the famous "White Tux"...and you know ... he looked great in it..M looked lovely too. She wore a strapless Burgundy gown and the men wore the white tux with Burgundy tie and kerchief. it looked sharp. ( A harbinger of things to come???) One can only hope.

With our craving for pictures satiated... we were able to all just sit and chat a bit...M2 seemed happy to be home.. but seemed even happier now that his helpmate was finally here. As they say in Jerry McGuire ... "She completes him"

Today they have some big plans.. First for lunch they will be meeting my sister and her youngest at......... Chuck E Cheese !!!! (wish I had been invited...*note the sarcasm )

Then tonight the entire kit and caboodle will be going to..................... Laser Tag.

Ah yes.. nothing says togetherness like gathering up all your loved ones and having a mock session of let me take you out.... You know what they say... The family that plots to alienate each other ... stays together...(* again... Please note the sarcasm).
It should be fun... Maria's boyfriend and brother will also be coming ... needless to say... they'll be dead meat.

I will be joining the group but alas will not be suiting up, walking around in the dark, looking for family members to shoot at with fake wanna be ghost buster gear.I gave it up for lent.

Instead... I will be cheering the group on ala Colosseum style...thumbs up at zapping the 43 yr old or thumbs down at cornering the 6yr old ... should be fun.

What can I say... we can be a feisty bunch..
