Holy Moley ... Man....Can I ever relate to this one !!!!

I don't know what it is.. but lately ...

If there is something for me to fret about ... No matter how Large or insignificant..

Well let me tell you...

I am on it ... like white on rice.I am good at fretting....

In fact....I can fret like it's my job.

The funny thing is... In the end .. it really doesn't matter..

In the end.. what will be will be... and all my worrying doesn't change the the outcome one iota.

The Logical side of my brain knows that...

Unfortunately I don't always have an extended stay over at my logical side.

In the book I am reading "What Happy people know"...

One of the things that stands out is the FEAR FACTOR.
Basically .. Studies show that no matter what level

of income or social status one may have....

Fear placed as one of if not THE most critical role in determining how happy you are.

(Oh by the by.. Genetics plays another very large part)...

But it was ....This Fear Factor that really struck a nerve with me...

It's ironic to me that when I legitimately have a concern..... I have fear..

When I don't have a true fear but only a perceived one I have fear..

When I don't have a real reason to have fear in the "Right Now"

I have fear of something happening " In the future"

So in a nutshell.... no matter how I slice it.. I am

Well..... No use losing more sleep over anything... In the end.. I do believe it will all work out..

How????...

Now THAT... I do not know..

But this I do know...There is something much bigger then myself out there....

that seems to have a handle on everything..

SO.....I will try to Let it BeAnd give sleep a chance...
