Hail Hail the Gangs all here...

I am almost embarrassed to to say it ... but yes.. it's another Parrrrrtaaaay !!!
This time with "The Gang"
We all met at a local Pizza Place.. and let me tell you... the place was packed.. Somehow...during this season... it doesn't matter. Mr R was totally geeked about being with his buds..
His buds seem to share his excitement.... The Budettes were pretty happy to be out of the house too.... It wasn't long and we got down to the business of figuring out what to eat...

Pizza ... Salad....Bread sticks and Beer.... What more do you need???....

This place has some great pizza!While waiting for the grub... Mr R seems to contemplate really showing his friends how excited and happy he is to see them...
It didn't take long for him to let his feelings show... Before you knew it.... everyone was feeling the love.....

If I wasn't so secure in his feelings for me... I'd almost start to wonder....

My gosh though he is so darn cute... I don't blame anyone for wanting me to share .

I think he actually inspired others to "come out" and show their feelings...The gentleman embracing on the right.... was also our host for the after dinner gathering...

He made sure that back at the house..... THIS was waiting for everyone....

and so... as tradition would have it... the obligatory songand the knocking back of some of the most foul mouthwash like swill
Everyone seems to have survived.
Some even seem to have enjoyed it....
While we teetotalers...( Aka... the women...)...... sat back and laughed at the men....
Hmmmmm..... Looks like SOME of the women kinda sorta like a little drinky of the hard stuff now and again...We didn't think less of her.....( Well not too much)

Oh Thank goodness... she's back from the dark side.... OK... now this needs a little bit of a back story...

The guys have an annual Golf Trip that is frankly the highlight of their lives..( and I am not even kidding)... Mr R and our Charming host... are quite often paired up as partners... and for a very very long time could never beat a certain other twosome..

Well.. Not only has the entire globe had the most devastating economic change in recent history..

Now.....axis of the universe must really have shifted because ... yes you guess it... for the first time I think EVER...

Mr R and "Hot Damn Don" actually won against these two !!!

It boggles the mind !

Don being a good sport and dignified gentleman that he is.. would never stoop so low as to rub this victory in any ones' face... Never...

BUT .... He might just put the scorecard up on his Christmas Tree... For EVERYONE to see...

Here we have the defeated duo looking over the card... Obviously in a desperate attempt to find a flaw in the calculations... or perhaps just to find out where they went wrong...
The victors just couldn't be bothered with any debates..
We CAN"T HEEEEAAARR YOU !!!!!

Dean the new Groom... is smart... and stays out of it...

Speaking of New Groom...

His new Bride was showing us Wimmins the pictures from their wedding....

Which we watched while eating some of Lesley's delicious and decedent desserts..

A wonderful chocolate cake .... filled with chocolate... and topped with chocolate..!!!!Oh... yeah.. and Pecan pie... You know... to cut the sweet...
The night was great.... Good Food... Good Friends... and a wonderful cozy home to share in each other's company...We could have stayed all night....

But Pugsley... pulled out his blanket ( Aka...his significant other) ....
It was kind of our cue that perhaps it was time to leave...

We were so happy that we were able to see our friends... even at one of the most hectic times of the year... Because THAT is really what it's all about....
