4:18 A.M. Yes... the time is correct... Apparently I am entering my insomniac phase again... considering I went to bed about 10:30 and was wide away at 3:00 A.M.

Maybe it's because Mr R is out of town ( I never sleep well when he is out of town)

Maybe it's "Da Menopausa" and the lovey bursts of heat that pulsate through my body whether I am asleep or awake

Maybe it's the constant thought loop that plays in my head.

I think we need milk....I really need a pedicure.

Gotta call Mamma's Dr for a follow up Did I mail that payment in?
