She'll be coming round the corner when she comes

Well Folks..
we are rounding the corner here at the home front...
Maria has pretty much moved all her things except what she will need for the next few days here at home.....
Right down to having her bags packed for her honeymoon.Ironically the move took all of 30 minutes..

Most of her things were stacked in plastic bins and ready to go.... Mike... his brother and a friend shoved it all in the back of a truck and left us in the dust..

Good thing I took it so well...

How can that be?... 24 years of her life ...carted away in 30 minutes?....

For all the times I bitched and moaned about how cluttered her room got.. I have now been repaid in full with an eerie echo.

(Guess that's what I get..)

In other down to the wire pre wedding news..

I can say .... I have obsessed about all that I had some control over..

what is done is done...

Anything that we have forgotten to do or did not do... I guess will simply not get done..

NOW......

It's obviously time for me to obsess about the thing I have absolutely NO CONTROL over..

The Weather...

What can I say ... it's not a normal day without some obsessing and worrying about something..

so why not focus on the uncontrollable..

Let's just say that...... myself

AND their brother

have been praying for good weather...

The Weather Channel says there is a 40% chance of rain...

UGH !

So.....I would ask that if you are the praying type... Put a good one in for us on that day...

At LEAST before the ceremony and the outdoor pictures !!!!

After we get into the hall for the party.. whatever...

She will be a beautiful bride.. and all will go well......I HOPE !!!

As for me...

The good news in all of this is...
