Went to My Sister and Brother in laws house for the annual fireworks display last night.
As usual... they did not disappoint.
I wanted to take some pictures but the heat and bugs were so intense... instead I stayed and watched from the bug... free air conditioned comfort of their living room.
While I had good seats... The primo seats went to some of the OTHER older ladies.. You see even at times like this... there IS a pecking order.
Today we will be going to Mike and Maria's for the first official party in their new home.
Should be fun.. Heck it's fun just hearing her(rather than me) talk about how much she needs to get done...and ..... The level of preparedness they are at...
(Its at about DEFCON 8 right now.)
But I have things to get ready as well....
So if you'll excuse me...
I have a macaroni salad that needs a-making...
