I can almost hear the echo in here..
To say that I haven’t posted in a LONG time would be the understatement of the year..
What can I say?… It’s been an extremely busy time around here.
I guess this could be dubbed the summer that never was..
With the wallpaper and painting extravaganza complete, and about 98% of the art back on the walls..
We are moving on to the next BIG Project… and when I say BIG I ain’t just whistling Dixie..

I am happy to say Mike and Maria are expecting !!
This is the first snapshot of my future Grandchild..
I still can’t wrap my head around the idea that my daughter is going to have a baby !! I mean To me she is still my little peanut.. 
and now she is going to have a little peanut of her own !!
To say we are excited doesn’t really express what we are feeling..We are so happy for them and for us!
None of us care if it’s a boy or a girl..
As long as we have a Happy Healthy baby.
It’s been a couple of unbelievable years of change for us… and it looks as though it’s not over yet.
Thank you for being patient with me during this lull and checking in now and again.. I hope to get back on to some kind of routine soon.. but not until my son and daughter in law’s visit..
YAY.. I am happy to say they are coming in for a few days … and I could not be happier !! ( Well I COULD be happier if they lived closer… but I am not going to gripe )
So bear with me just a little longer.. I hope to get some pictures up of the visit and will try to keep you posted on the “Baby Journey” we are on.
