Something WONDERFUL To Blog About !!!

First Off.. Merry Christmas!
Now that is out of the way…. I really DO have something wonderful to blog about!!!
This Christmas, we had the usual fun filled food fest that is all part of the day..
I was surrounded by “Most” of my family, and Skyped with some of the others..
We had a chance to say hello to my sister in law and her crowd in Jolly old England.
And...While it was a bit emotional for me and I’m sure for her as well, to be so far away....
It was really  good seeing and talking to them  via the web…
Man what did we do before Skype?
Next were my Son and Daughter in law in North Carolina.
As preplanned we arranged a time to meet up on the net.
A few days ago we received  a small package in the mail… with instructions for us to open during our Skype session saying they wanted everyone to be there to see the
”Sentimental” gift.

The “Sentimental” gift turned out to be so much more.

The outside of the box said…The gift was from Heaven.
I knew then and there what we had in store.
Yes!!!!

They are expecting..!!!!!!!!!

Inside the box was a scroll with a message from the baby indicating how far along they were.
How excited Mom and Dad were .. and how excited He/She is to meet us.

Also enclosed in the box was a small handmade ornament… with a frame.. and a ultra sound picture of our grandbaby!!

If all of this wasn't enough.. the small button on the side, which when  pushed… sent out  the wonderful sound of the baby’s heartbeat.

Needless to say….Once everyone figured out why I was crying…
A Giant cheer was let out by one and all !!!

How wonderful  for them… How wonderful for us all!!
I can not contain or express how happy and excited we are!
What pure joy and happiness !!

Thank You Martin and Melissa.. for making this Christmas one we will NEVER forget !!!!

June 28th can't come soon enough !!


So you see.. it has truly been a WONDERFUL Christmas!
